*668MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
CEREZO, District Judge.
On September 28, 1976 plaintiff Francis D. Shelden, as settlor, created a trust to be governed by the law of the British Virgin Islands known as the Francis D. Shelden Revocable Inter Vivos Trust. The trust deed established that all of the income from the trust would be distributed for the benefit of the settlor during his lifetime. Upon his death, the deed provided for the payment of monies and the distribution of assets of the trust to numerous beneficiaries.
