The plaintiff in error was convicted of the crime of receiving stolen property; he brings the case here for review upon error.
The information contains two counts: the first, that of larceny, to-wit, fifty-four tons of coal of the value of $162, the property of The Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe Railway Company. The second, that of receiving- stolen goods.
