In an action, inter alia, to recover damages for legal malpractice, the defendant appeals, as limited by its brief, from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County (Iannacci, J.), entered August 1, 2014, as upon reargument, adhered to a prior determination in an order entered May 22, 2014, denying that branch of its motion which was to dismiss the legal malpractice causes of action as time-barred.
