This is an appeal from the judgment of the circuit court of White County dismissing the petition of appellant for the probate of a paper writing attached thereto as the holographic will and testament of Fred C. Johnson, deceased, and quashing the judgment of the probate court of said county, entered on January 12, 1925, of record in book N, at page 432, wherein appellee was contestant and appellant was contestee.

The writing or purported holographic will and testament is as follows:

“Oct. 7, 1918. Camp Pike, Arkansas. My darling little girl. How is my darling little wife tonight? Fine, I hope.…
