Defendant R.N. Fish & Son, Inc. filed a motion in limine to exclude testimony of plaintiff Mary Ellen Ankuda’s designated expert witnesses, Daniel Briggs, David A. Halsey, M.D., and various health-care providers. See Defendant’s Motion in Limine To Exclude Expert Testimony, etc. (“Motion”) (Docket No. 7) at 1.
