The refining company, a corporation, doing business at Lawton, Oklahoma, buying, selling and shipping crude and refined oils, complained that the railroad company heretofore had furnished four tank cars for the use of the refining company in transporting its merchandise, both crude and refined oils, but had given notice that such cars would be withdrawn from its use, and the volume of business would require the use not only of these four cars but additional tank cars; and prayed the railroad company be restrained and enjoined from taking the four cars out of its use and be…
