Jackson, J.:
This was a suit by a husband against his wife for divorce. The parties were first married in New York City on March 8, 1946, while the husband was in the United States Army. Shortly thereafter, he apparently was discharged from the service and came home to Chanute to get employment, and later returned east. The parties had a second wedding ceremony on May 8, 1946, some two months after the first, in the university chapel of Rutgers University. This last ceremony is often referred to in the abstracts and briefs as the religious ceremony.…
