OPINION
WOZNIAK, Judge.
This case, involving a state-wide plaintiff class of insureds suing a state-wide defendant class of insurance carriers, raises questions concerning class certification under Minn.R.Giv.P. 23. The trial court decerti-fied the defendant class because the requirements of Rule 23 had not been met and because the plaintiffs had failed to demonstrate they had standing to sue the defendants.
