Appeal from a judgment, after order sustaining without leave to amend demurrer to plaintiffs’ amended complaint.
Plaintiffs instituted this action to recover from the defendant the General Petroleum Corporation of California damages alleged to have been sustained by them by reason of the entry of said defendant upon the lands of the plaintiffs and the removal by said defendant from said lands of oil and gas by means of wells drilled upon said lands.
