In a mortgage foreclosure action, the defendant Anna T. McLoughlin appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County (LeVine, J.), dated July 9, 1985, which, after a nonjury trial, inter alia, directed the foreclosure and sale of her primary residence.

Ordered that the judgment is reversed, on the law and the facts, with costs, and the complaint is dismissed as against the defendant Anna T. McLoughlin.
