The issue before this Court is whether Jared B. Stamell (“Stamell,” “Debtor,” or “Plaintiff’), the Debtor in this bankruptcy case, is liable for legal fees incurred by his wife, Susan Frank (her maiden name) (“Susan”), to her attorneys, Kirkpatrick & Lockhart, LLP (“K & L”), which represented her in a criminal case where she was a defendant, payment of which was guarantied by the Debtor.
