OPINION AND ORDER

MARSH, District Judge.

Plaintiff Cordelia Pedro brings this action for judicial review of a final decision of the Commissioner of Social Security deny*1008ing her applications for disability insurance benefits (DIB) under Title II and supplemental security income (SSI) benefits under Title XVI of the Social Security Act, 42 U.S.C. §§ 401-403, 1381-1383Í. This Court has jurisdiction pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 405(g) and 42 U.S.C. § 1383(c)(3). For the reasons that follow, I REVERSE the final decision of the Commissioner, and REMAND this case for an immediate award of benefits.
