LEWIS, Judge.

Plaintiff Sam Tucker, Administrator of the Estate of Robert L. Tucker, filed his complaint against defendants, Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson *89County (Metro), Metropolitan Nashville General Hospital (General), Vanderbilt Hospital (Vanderbilt), and D.R. Doyle, M.D.1
