Defendant, James C. Coleman, appeals the sentence he received after pleading guilty to fourteen counts of bank fraud in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1344, and eight counts of theft of mail matter in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1708. For the following reasons, we vacate the sentence imposed by the district court and remand for resentencing.
