*1074Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Chautauqua County (Paula A. Feroleto, J.), entered May 17, 2006. The order granted plaintiffs motion for summary judgment and awarded judgment in favor of plaintiff and against defendant in the amount of $57,000, together with interest, costs and disbursements.
It is hereby ordered that the order so appealed from be and the same hereby is unanimously affirmed with costs.
