Plaintiff, Global Crossing Bandwith, Inc. (“Global”), brings this action against defen dants OLS, Inc. and TeleUno, Inc., alleging claims arising out of the alleged breach of a contract for telecommunications services. Jurisdiction is premised upon diversity of citizenship pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1332.
