MEMORANDUM OPINION
HEYBURN, District Judge.
This case is before the Court on Plaintiffs’ motion for a preliminary injunction pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 65. Plaintiffs claim that Defendant terminated Plaintiff Milliron’s employment because of his participation in union activities as Metropolitan Sewer District President of the Local 191, in violation of his First Amendment right of association. Plaintiffs ask the Court to reinstate Plaintiff immediately to his position as an employee at MSD and to enjoin Defendant from interfering with the free association rights of Local 191…
