This is an appeal from orders of the juvenile court adjudicating Robert D., its ward, placing him in the custody of the probation officer, and committing him to camp community placement. Robert contends that the juvenile court referee prejudicially erred in receiving in evidence a statement of Robert because; (1) the record fails to establish that Robert was warned of his Miranda rights prior to the statement; (2) Robert was not afforded the opportunity to consult with his parents or attorney prior to the statement and neither his parents nor attorney were present; (3)…
