John Joseph Cerrella appeals from a dismissal of his petition for writ of habeas corpus in which he attacks upon two bases the sentence he is now serving. Cerrella is a federal prisoner incarcerated by the Attorney General of the United States pursuant to a 16-year sentence imposed upon him in 1975 by the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida, following his conviction by jury for violations of 18 U.S.C.A. §§ 2, 1951.
