WISDOM, Circuit Judge:

In this § 2255 case, Sheldon Louis Po-lakoff seeks to void his conviction for fraud by wire and mail fraud. He challenges the legality of the search of his office-warehouse and the seizure of his records. He also seeks credit against his sentence for time spent free on a highly restricted bond.
