Plaintiff NL Industries Inc., a New Jersey corporation with its principal place of business in Texas, moves for possession of over two and one-half floors of commercial space in New York City’s McGraw-Hill Building that it leased to defendant Pai-neWebber Inc., a Delaware corporation with its principal place of business in New York.
