—Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the County Court, Westchester County (Pirro, J.), rendered September 14, 1992, convicting her of criminal sale of a controlled substance in the third degree (two counts), criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third degree (two counts), and criminal posses*491sion of a controlled substance in the seventh degree (two counts), upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.

Ordered that the judgment is modified, on the law, by reversing the convictions of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree, vacating the sentences…
