Appeal from an order of the district court affirming dismissal of appellant as a classified civil service employee of the city of St. Cloud by the Civil Service Board of said city.

The following facts are not in dispute: Appellant, Konstanty J. Kralcowski, was an employee of the city of St. Cloud. His employment covered a period of some 30 years during which he had largely been assigned to the Department of Parks.
