This is an action to recover a money judgment for services rendered by plaintiff to the defendant. The deféndant moved to remove to Craven County, where the defendant resides, upon the ground that “the convenience of witnesses and the ends of justice would 'be promoted by the change.” The court denied the motion and the defendant appealed.
