This is a suit in equity to cancel a deed. On September 15, 1939, plaintiff filed a bill of complaint in the circuit court in chancery in Dickinson county and alleged that she is a resident of the city of Norway, Dickinson county, Michigan; that prior to September, 1938, she was the owner of the property in question; that to induce plaintiff to sell said premises, defendants represented to her that they would pay $825 in cash for the premises upon the execution and recording of the deed; that plaintiff relying on the truth of said representation executed the warranty deed of the premises to…
