This is a criminal action in which Robert E. Longmore was charged with second degree murder and found guilty of manslaughter by verdict of the jury. Thereafter the district court entered an order which overruled the motion for a new trial and in the same order placed *511Longmore on probation for 2 years under conditions. Appeal was promptly taken.
