OPINION

AL SCOGGINS, Justice

In four issues, appellant, Terry Ben Brock, challenges his conviction for the offense of retaliation against a public servant. See Tex. Penal Code Ann. § 36.06 (West 2011). Specifically, Brock contends that: (1) the evidence supporting his conviction is insufficient; (2) the trial court erred in failing to grant his motion to quash the indictment; (3) the trial court erred in instructing the jury to find him guilty on an element of the offense; and (4) the trial court erred in admitting extraneous-offense evidence.
