Head, Justice.
It is alleged that John H. Shrouder, the head of a family consisting of his wife, Sallie E. Shrouder, and four minor children, was the owner, and in possession of all of land lot No. 58 in the 14th district of Dooly (now Crisp) County at the time of his application for homestead, which was duly allowed and approved by the ordinary in December, 1883.
