OPINION
ENSLEN, District Judge.
The September 28, 1987 Order of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Michigan denying the motion of Chrysler-UAW Pension Plan (“Pension Plan”) for Reconsideration of Order to Commence Interim Payments (“Interim Payment Order”) is a “final order” over which this Court has jurisdiction pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1334 and 28 U.S.C. § 158(a).
