This is a suit against Anna Cooper, administratrix of the estate of her deceased husband, on a joint and several promissory note, made in the State of Alabama, in favor of the plaintiffs, by J. A. Marshall and Jesse Cooper, for $2139 93, dated 16th March, 1838, and payable 1st February, 1839, at the branch of the iBank of the State of Alabama, in Mobile, for-value received.
