St. Paul-Mercury Indemnity Co. v. City of Hughes

This appeal is another step in the persistent efforts of appellant to collect from the City of Hughes the amount of $1,050.00 which appellant paid to St. Francis County under a policy of insurance issued by appellant. See St. Paul-Mercury Indemnity Co. v. Taylor, 229 Ark. 187, 313 S. W. 2d 799. We will refer to St. Paul-Mercury Indemnity Company as “appellant”; St. Francis County as “County”; and the City of Hughes as “City”.
