MEMORANDUM DECISION
STEWART, District Judge:
Defendants seek partial summary judgment dismissing plaintiff’s claim under 42 U.S.C. § 1983 or 42 U.S.C. § 2000e-3 that he was dismissed from his position as Unit Chief (level III) on November 17, 1978 in retaliation for his prior complaints concerning equal employment opportunities. Plaintiff opposes the motion for partial summary judgment and cross-moves for leave to amend his complaint to state three particular events that allegedly constitute illegal discrimination not previously included in the complaint.
