MEMORANDUM DECISION
KRAM, District Judge.
This action was commenced on or about September 28, 1982, by the filing of a complaint alleging that plaintiffs employer had violated Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq. (“Title VII”) by discriminating against him with respect to his race and by retaliating against him for filing a prior race discrimination charge with the United States Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (“EEOC”). The case was tried by the Court on January 9, 1984. At the close of trial, the parties were requested to submit post-trial briefs.…
