Plaintiff in error, Tulsa, Auto Dealer’s Auction, a corporation, filed an action in the district court of Tulsa County, claiming ownership of a particularly described Cadillac automobile, allegedly wrongfully detained by defendant bank, which refused to surrender same. Plaintiff sought an order temporarily restraining defendant from disposing of the property pursuant to notice of sale, permanent injunction against sale of the chattel, and also asked confirmation of title, ownership and the right of possession.
