Plaintiff Mohammad Javad Hajjar-Nejad (“Hajjar-Nejad”) brings this action against The George Washington University (“GW”), principally challenging his dismissal as a medical student from GW’s School of Medicine and Health Sciences (the “Medical School”) in July 2007.
