Reversing.

This case is here on second appeal. See 264 Ky. 507, 95 S. W. (2d) 10. That appeal was prosecuted from a judgment in favor of appellee on a contested insurance contract held by him in appellant company.

"We did not have the policy before us in that case, nor do we now have it, but its absence makes little difference since, as shown in the former opinion and as now appears, parties apparently agree upon its provisions as written and delivered to appellee.
