Under a contract with the Lee Tire and Bubber Company of Pennsylvania giving him the exclusive sales agency for its tires in certain counties of Western Kentucky, among which were McCracken and Christian, the appellee, E. A. Eodgers, had prior to April 15, 1921, been conducting an automobile tire business in Paducah with a branch at Hopkinsville.
