In view of the nature of the evidence adduced and of the principles of law involved, a reargument of this case has been had on extraordinary petition for rehearing filed by the plaintiff in error who was the defendant in the trial court.
The action is by the husband to recover damages for the death of plaintiff's wife, alleged to have been caused by negligence or unskillfulness of the defendant when he was treating her professionally as a chiropractor.
