On November 16, 2000, the Honorable John L. Kane, Jr., Senior U.S. District Judge, reversed and remanded this Court’s June 26, 2000 decision to dismiss, pursuant to the abstention provision set forth in 11 U.S.C. § 305(a), this involuntary Chapter 7 petition filed against the alleged Debtor, Robert A.
