SULLIVAN, Chief Judge:

During November 1989 and January 1990, appellant was tried by a general court-martial composed of officer members at Fort Lewis, Washington. Contrary to his pleas, he was found guilty of sodomy with his teenage daughter on several occasions, in violation of Article 125, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 USC § 925. He also was convicted of committing various indecent acts with this same daughter between November 14, 1986, and August *33016, 1989, in violation of Article 134, UCMJ, 10 USC § 934.
