The plaintiffs in error, who for brevity will be referred to as defendants, were convicted in the district court of Caddo county on a charge of robbery, and were each sentenced to serve a term of five years in the state penitentiary. Defendant Evinger having left the state and becoming a fugitive, his appeal was dismissed.
