'Appeal from District Court, Bryan County; D. A. Richardson, Judge. R. Coleman was convicted of perjury, and appeals. On the 25th day of May, 1908, the grand jury of Bryan county returned into the district court the following indictment: “State of Oklahoma, Bryan County- — ss.: In the district court of the Sixth judicial district of the state of Oklahoma, and held in and for Bryan county, in said state.
