WALTERS, Justice.
In this appeal, the former husband seeks review of the judgment of the district court denying relief on his complaint for modification of a spousal support agreement. We affirm.
FACTS AND PROCEDURAL BACKGROUND
The thirty-two year marriage of Joseph Terteling (hereinafter “Joe”) and Carolyn Terteling (now Payne) was dissolved by interlocutory decree dated August 9, 1991.
