HICKMAN, Commissioner.

In the trial court Mrs. Mattie B. Crow, for herself and as next friend for her two minor children, recovered judgment for damages against Texas & New Orleans Railroad Company in the sum of $17,500 on account of the death of Carl C. Crow, husband of Mrs. Crow and father of her chil dren, which judgment was affirmed by the 'Court of Civil Appeals. 101 S.W.2d 274.
