HOPKINS, District Judge.

These cases have to do with the war. The government in furtherance of the war effort has taken possession of perhaps in excess of 140,000 acres of farm land in Kansas. On application of the government, appraisers were appointed, who have filed reports from which the government has instituted countless appeals. These appeals should be heard and determined without further delay.
