Timothy Lee Wolf Pennington appeals his convictions for one count each of first-degree murder, burglary, attempted theft, and criminal damage to property. We affirm.

FACTS

A neighbor observed two men enter Gary Whitaker’s house at approximately midnight. The neighbor thought she recognized one of the men as someone she had seen at Whitaker’s house with a woman named Shannon Hopkins.
