This action is brought to recover money paid on a contract executed by defendants as vendors and plaintiff as vendee for the sale of certain real estate located near Ravenna in Muskegon county, and which contract it is claimed plaintiff rescinded because of fraud in its procurement. While not mentioned in the contract, it seems to be admitted that certain personal property went with the land.
