Mrs. Cora Winkles Drake, for herself and as guardian ad litem for her minor children, brought a petition against Byrd Winkles and John Terhune as administrator upon the estate of Mrs. A. T. Winkles, praying for injunction, receiver, etc., and that the court decree a fee-simple title to a certain tract of land in Polk County, Georgia, to be in the plaintiffs. The record makes substantially the following case: On January 4, 1910, Mrs. A. T.
