Jonathan P. Dyar Sr., seventy-eight years old died on July 18, 1923, leaving a widow, three sons, and four daughters. A paper purporting to be the last will and testament of the deceased, dated November 24, 1900, and another paper dated April 1, 1912, purporting to be a codicil to the will, were offered for probate in the court of ordinary.
