This is a civil action to recover damages for an alleged loss of certain metal under the “Employee Dishonesty Coverage” of a “Comprehensive Dishonesty, Disappearance and Destruction Policy” issued on November 26, 1965, by the defendant to the plaintiff. The case was heard without a jury by a justice of the Superior Court who dismissed the complaint and entered judgment for the defendant on November 27, 1968.
